1. Acceptance of Terms

• Email delivery

• Redirect to a thank-you or access page

• Login credentials for course or content portal

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by email filters, incorrect email entry, or user error. Please contact us promptly if you do not receive access.

4. Refunds

We offer a 7-day conditional refund policy on most digital products. See our Refund Policy for full terms.

Refunds are granted at our discretion and only under the following conditions:

• You request the refund within 7 calendar days of purchase

• You have not accessed or downloaded more than 50% of the content

• You provide a reasonable explanation for the request

We do not offer refunds for:

• Full consumption or duplication of content

• Products purchased as part of a bundle or limited-time promotion

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in revocation of access and dispute through our payment provider.
