1. Overview

XMEDIA is committed to providing high-quality digital content, including but not limited to: downloadable toolkits, PDF guides, templates, video scripts, email sequences, SOPs, and online training resources.

We stand behind the quality of our content and want you to feel confident in your purchase. However, because our products are delivered digitally and accessed instantly, we maintain a strict but fair refund policy outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Your request is submitted within 7 calendar days of your original purchase date

  • You provide a valid reason describing why the content did not meet your expectations

  • You have not accessed or downloaded more than 50% of the material (as determined by access logs or download records)

3. Ineligible Refund Scenarios

We do not offer refunds under these circumstances:

  • Your request is submitted more than 7 days after the date of purchase

  • You have fully accessed, downloaded, or duplicated the product content

  • You “changed your mind,” “didn’t use it,” or expected a different format after purchasing

  • You made the purchase accidentally or did not read the product description

  • You are seeking a refund for a free resource (no payment = no refund applicable)

  • You initiated a chargeback without first contacting us

  • You request a refund for a product you received as part of a bundle or discount package that has already been partially used

4. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted via email to:

  • Your full name and email address used at checkout

  • Your order number or Stripe/PayPal receipt

  • The date of purchase

  • A brief explanation of why you’re requesting the refund

5. Dispute and Chargeback Policy

We consider unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes to be a violation of our terms.

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:

  • Contest the dispute with our payment processor using your access logs, emails, and IP address

  • Revoke access to all future or previously granted content

  • Permanently block you from purchasing future products from XMEDIA

We are reasonable and transparent—please contact us first. We’ll always try to resolve the issue in good faith.

6. Exceptions and Discretion

In exceptional cases (e.g., duplicate purchase, payment error, technical failure), we may issue a refund outside the 7-day window at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds to individuals who repeatedly request refunds or abuse our refund policy.

By purchasing any product or digital content from XMEDIA, you acknowledge that:

  • You understand this is a digital product with instant access

  • You have reviewed the Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy

  • You agree to the conditions above, including no refund eligibility beyond 7 days
